Please review our Terms and Conditions to understand your rights, responsibilities, and our commitment to delivering quality services.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision and use of real estate marketing services offered by Tazmo Media, a registered business in Victoria, Australia, operating under Tazmo Media Photography Pty Ltd. By accessing or utilising our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Scope of Services
Tazmo Media offers a comprehensive range of professional real estate marketing services, including, but not limited to:
Real estate photography
Videography
Floor plan creation
Aerial (drone) photography
Digital decluttering
Virtual staging
3D visualisation
Services may be conducted on-site by our team or developed based on architectural plans provided by the client. All services are carried out in accordance with the client’s instructions. Tazmo Media reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any part of its service offerings at any time, without prior notice or liability.
3. Bookings
Clients may book services via our online booking system, which provides real-time availability and instant confirmation. If suitable times are unavailable, clients are encouraged to contact Nimal at 0420 275 875 for alternate arrangements.
Booking Guidelines
Client Contact Information:
Clients are responsible for entering accurate contact details (email and phone number) when booking. Tazmo Media is not liable for missed communication due to incorrect information. Clients may confirm bookings directly if uncertain.
Twilight Shoots for Vacant Properties:
These must be scheduled under the “Morning Twilight Shoot” category. Please include specific service requirements (e.g., floor plans, aerial photography, etc.) in the “Additional Notes” section during booking.
Package Selection:
Clients must select the appropriate package that includes all intended services. If additional services are requested during booking, a separate booking must be made for a different time or date. Please refer to the package descriptions for guidance.
Access to Property:
It is preferred that the client, homeowner, or renter be present during the appointment.
If unavailable, access must be provided via a secure key safe.
Key safe codes must be emailed to info@tazmo.com.au prior to the appointment.
If the property has an alarm system, the alarm code must be emailed at least 12 hours in advance, with the property address in the email subject line.
Tazmo Media will not be held liable for security call-out charges resulting from incorrect or missing access codes.
No-Show Policy:
Our team will wait up to 15 minutes beyond the scheduled time. If access is not granted and no one is present, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and 30% of the service fee will be issued.
Property Preparation:
Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is fully prepared for the scheduled shoot. Our team may assist with repositioning minor items but will not perform full property repositioning or cleaning. Digital decluttering services are available and will be charged per image as per our pricing list.
4. Client Responsibilities
By engaging our services, clients agree to the following:
Provide complete, accurate, and timely property information, including any specific service requests. Any alterations to the property for visual presentation must be emailed to info@tazmo.com.au.
Ensure that Tazmo Media is granted legal access and permission to photograph, film, and market the property.
Supply necessary architectural plans, if required.
Review and verify all deliverables (photos, videos, floor plans, etc.) for accuracy prior to public or commercial use.
5. Pricing and Payment
All service fees are listed in Tazmo Media’s pricing catalogue, available upon request. To obtain a copy, clients must provide a valid real estate agency or builder email address. Personal email addresses will only be accepted under exceptional circumstances, subject to a phone consultation.
Clients are responsible for ensuring timely payment of all invoices.
Payment Terms: Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.
Tazmo Media reserves the right to suspend or withhold further services for overdue accounts greater than 28 days from date of invoice. Invoices that remain unpaid for more than 60 days will be referred to a debt collection agency. Clients will be responsible for any associated collection fees or legal costs.
6. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All content and materials created by Tazmo Media, including but not limited to photographs, videos, floor plans, and aerial images, are the intellectual property of Tazmo Media.
Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for marketing the specific property for which they were created.
Any reuse, modification, or redistribution of these materials for other properties, future listings, or third-party usage requires prior written consent from Tazmo Media.

7. Limitation of Liability
Tazmo Media shall not be liable for:
Any direct or indirect loss, damage, or expense arising from the use of our services or deliverables.
Any inaccuracies, omissions, or errors in the materials provided.
Any misuse, alteration, or misrepresentation of deliverables by the client or third parties.
Clients are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of all deliverables before publishing or distributing them to the public.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients must provide a minimum of 6 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring a fee. Cancellations or rescheduling requests received with less than 6 hours’ notice may incur a 30% of the booking service fee at Tazmo Media’s discretion.
9. Data Privacy and Confidentiality
All client data provided to Tazmo Media, including access codes and personal contact details, is handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy legislation. We do not share or sell client information. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy, available upon request.
10. Governing LaW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and Tazmo Media and supersede any prior agreements, communications, or representations, whether written or oral.
